Safari Rally Kenya 2026: What a Crazy Finish!

The Safari Rally Kenya 2026 just ended, and wow—what a wild ride! This tough rally ran from March 12 to 15 around Naivasha. It’s known as one of the hardest in the world because of rocky roads, dust, mud, and surprises everywhere.The big winner: Japan’s Takamoto Katsuta (driving for Toyota) got his first-ever World Rally Championship win! His co-driver was Aaron Johnston. Katsuta finished about 27 seconds ahead of second place. This was his 94th try in WRC, so it’s a dream come true for him. He’s the first Japanese driver to win a WRC event since 1992.
